Tom will cover everything you need to know about pre-race nutrition, workouts and rest through race day strategies. Transition tips swim to bike and bike to run. Pacing on the bike and run with minute by minute strategies. Post race meals and recovery aids. Whether this is your first or 50th, this webinar is a must for any triathlete.
